finally, be recognised for what you know

Isn't it high time you changed up from charging $ per hour?

Make your income based on the value you share with the world and one of most powerful ways to do this is to write a book.

Your ebook, print book or audio book will reveal to your target audience what it is your truly know, what it is you have experience in and how that can help them achieve their goals, get what they really want in life, make that transformation.

Writing your first book will lift you into a new level of credibility and income, move you off the hamster-wheel and make you stand out as someone who has in-depth value to offer to the world.

The path to getting noticed and known in your industry isn’t always click-your-fingers easy but with the right support and guidance you can get taken seriously for what you can offer and what you do so well.

Don't let another year roll by without getting the recognition you need for all the work you do and the skills you've worked so hard to gain.

Make this the year you write your first book!

My story

So, where did it all start and why am I so pumped for you to write you book, get out there and make things happen big time in your business?

Well, I'm a regional gal whose early career was as an elite trained classical ballet dancer then a performing arts professional.

Having spent over three decades in this exciting, demanding industry I realised that the main things I was passionate about were the things I've carried through into my work with the women I support in writing their first book.

They were:

  • the power of storytelling
  • narrative structure
  • character development
  • drawing out and refining original ideas
  • drawing out a person's unique way of expressing themselves

If we rewind a bit

When I look back, the things I learned (apart from the technical skills) were team work, persistence, discipline, organisation, delayed gratification and resilience.

I taught hundreds of students, prepared them for the rigours of classical ballet exams and high level competitions, set up my own dance studios, trained my teachers in a unique program that I designed and I learned a whole heap about the importance of tenacity, creativity, joy and satisfaction in a job well done.

I now bring all these into my work, meaning I've developed a proven system to help you write your book, I give you the support you need to keep going to the end and I make sure you feel nurtured and supported all along the way.

Fast forward to 2016

I’d sold my dance studios and wrote two books and got more and more into the whole world of books and storytelling. At Uni I did a double major in creative writing and film studies and my love of narrative and creative expression became even stronger.

I wrote reviews and articles for a well-know arts magazine, I started a newsletter wrote a coaching program off the back of my first book. I set up a podcast and gradually grew my business.

As I learned more about the online world and the world of self-publishing I was hooked. I could see the unlimited and super-exciting possibilities of book writing for women in business and how it could help them get out there in a powerful and creative way.

I met a lot of women in business who said they needed to be seen and heard way more if they were going to survive in our super-competitive marketplace.

And that’s what I’m doing now, working with  wonderful women, writing books and sharing their message that communicating on a deep level in their unique style.

This truly is the way to truly connect with your community, your audience, your clients and the world at large and this is how you’ll build a business that lasts the distance and is built on trust and credibility.

Here’s what some lovely clients have said about

working with me:

"Thanks, Emma for your inspirational guidance and coaching. You are a wonderful mentor, Emma. Keep doing what you are doing - opening doors for others so that they can find their unique voice. With immense gratitude, Eva”

"This training has helped me reconnect with the part of me that loves to write and has re-ignited my passion for my work – I know I’ve said this every day so far, but thank you, thank you, thank you. My heart is open, the creative juices are flowing and I’m so, so, so, so grateful to you and all that you do. To think that I was thinking of stepping back from my work about a week ago…you have no idea what this week has done for me, my business, and my present and future clients. I busted through personal barriers, shifted lots of energetic gunk and have opened myself up to trusting the Universe more which has resulted in manifesting new clients. Thank you!"

During our sessions, Emma would ask me questions that helped draw out my material, that would form the structure of that chapter and book. When I sent through my draft chapters, Emma provided me with helpful and useful feedback at our next session and the way she does this is easy and fun. Through the coaching sessions, I felt I was given the skills and encouragement to complete the required writing goal. The process that Emma shares makes writing a first draft easy and manageable from start to finish. Her suggestions and feedback were valuable.”

“It has always been a dream of mine to write a book, but I had no idea how to get my thoughts into a structured format. I can’t believe I was able to finish a 30,000 word first draft manuscript in four months, this is all thanks to Emma and her ongoing support, reassurance and expertise. I really appreciated the continual check-ins, weekly conference calls and the deadline for each chapter. This kept me focused and moved the process along at a great pace. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
